From 23rd to 27th April 2025, around 20 people took part in this unforgettable trip, blending team bonding, cultural exploration and well-deserved break! Over the course of 5 days, the group, including CEO Mr. Soon, Eco-Ideal staff and their families immersed themselves in the rich heritage and unique charm of Chongqing, from savouring its legendary hotpot and enjoying a scenic cruise along the Yangtze and Jialing rivers, to discovering stunning attractions like Hongya Cave, Ciqikou Ancient Town, Chongqing 1949 Grand Theatre, and the awe-inspiring Wulong Karst landscape. This retreat was far more than a simple getaway, it was a valuable opportunity for the staff to reconnect on a personal level, reflect on our shared vision and celebrate the milestones we have achieved together. Stepping away from the usual routines also gave us the chance to enhance teamwork, spark fresh ideas and renew the spirit that drives our work at Eco-Ideal. A key highlight of the trip was a special award ceremony, where Eco-Ideal proudly recognise its staff for their outstanding performance and dedication. It was a heartfelt moment that reinforced our strong culture of appreciation. We also continued one of our favourite traditions, i.e. celebrating the birthdays of our April babies with a cheerful gathering and plenty of laughs. We came back not just relaxed, but re-energised, strengthened by stronger bonds and fresh motivation. We are ready to take on upcoming challenges with renewed passion and team spirit!
